Serving Our Customers
Not only are Tiger Modular luxury garden rooms bespoke; the way we deliver great service to our clients is personalised too. We never forget that every order is a special purchase for each customer, and we ensure we give them our very best.
We've always put client satisfaction first. Going the extra mile is one of our most important competitive strengths – that’s not a marketing claim, it’s the way we work.
Every project is scrutinised and assessed on site and then back at HQ. We seek to consider what went well and where we faced challenges so we can continually develop.
Our expertise is built on the care we’ve given to every previous customer’s project.
Smarter
Our high standards are the result of intelligent effort. We invest in the best design and manufacturing systems to ensure a seamless process from end to end.
Our 3D design process lets you see clearly how your garden room will look before we build it, so there are no surprises or guesswork. Once the design is signed off, we manufacture your room in our Yorkshire workshop using modular methods. Panels are precision-engineered in controlled conditions – so quality is guaranteed – and there’s minimal waste.
On site, work progresses from the ground up. We typically install an adjustable structural pile system of ground screws to support pre-assembled joist cassettes, overlaid with Kingspan insulation and Egger Protect flooring. The resulting base is secure, durable, and ready for what is built on top.
Faster
Modular methods of construction mean the bulk of your garden room’s manufacture is done off site, in our Yorkshire workshop, before our team arrives at your property. That means less time on site, less noise, less mess, and less stress for you.
Standard projects are typically completed in five days. And because prefabricated panels are fully weatherproof, bad weather rarely stops progress.
Traditional construction methods simply can’t compete in terms of speed.
Better
Every Tiger Modular garden room is constructed around a structural timber frame, built up with two layers of insulation in our Yorkshire factory.
Timber has been used in construction for thousands of years. It’s sustainable, looks great in a garden, and off-site manufacturing means less disruption for you. The end result is a building made to last. Timber-frame construction is the dominant method for building houses in the US and is now also common in Scotland.
We back our modular garden rooms with a lifetime structural guarantee, 30 years for the roof, and 10 years for workmanship, doors and windows. They’re built to last, backed by our promise.
Our Dedicated Team
Tiger Modular is part of Woodlands Home & Garden Group, with more than 250 people working across our brands. Behind every garden room is a team pulling together.
It includes designers drawing in 2D and 3D. A manufacturing crew working from our 32,000 sq ft Yorkshire facility. A network of skilled installers spread across the UK, from Scotland to the south coast. Sales, scheduling, project management and aftercare are carried out in-house, with everyone working to the same goal.
The business was founded by Stuart Davison, Woodlands Group Commercial Director, who still leads it today. The organisation’s structure is deliberate: we’re one team working to one standard with clear accountability at every step.
Find Your Perfect Space
Every Tiger Modular garden room is designed around you, the customer. If our ranges don’t have a garden room that can be configured to your needs, we’ll build you one that’s fully bespoke.
Our free, no-obligation design consultation is where the process starts. We’ll talk through your budget, tastes and ideas before putting a clear design and fixed quote in front of you.
Crucially, there’s no hard sell. A garden room isn’t an impulse buy, and we want you to be totally happy with your choices.
Thinking about a study, gym, spa, or something more ambitious? We’d love to hear from you.
