Everything’s made in our Yorkshire workshop and fitted on ground-screw foundations for a lasting finish. Choose from a wide-range of cladding, with high-performance double glazing throughout. Premium collections add aluminium door systems and further upgrades - all backed by our guarantee.

Specification varies by range - entry collections like Neo & Onyx come as a more essential build, with features added as options.

Yes. Rooms in our premium collections are fully insulated with 217mm walls, a 150mm roof and 145mm floor. They are engineered to be warm in winter and cool in summer.
Most projects sit within permitted development rules, which means no application is necessary. Planning permission comes into play for larger builds, commercial use, or if your property is listed or sits within a conservation area. See our Planning Permission page for more guidance.
Every annexe in our Vita collection has a toilet, sink and/or shower, and a kitchenette. Or you can use our Bespoke service and design a room with these features.
Most rooms have a four to six-week manufacturing lead time, then take a week on site to install. Bespoke and larger projects take longer. Timelines are confirmed after your design is signed off.
Yes, we are an intermediary for Novuna Consumer Finance. There are two options: Buy Now Pay Later at 0% for 12 months, or Pay Monthly for up to 120 months at 11.9% APR representative. Both require a 10% deposit. See our Finance Options page for details.

It depends on how you’ll use your garden room. 3m by 3m works as a single-use office. 4m or 5m wide suits gyms and multi-use. 5m by 3m or larger is needed for annexe-style projects. Our design team can help you work through this.
