Common Nexus Questions

A few things people ask before they choose Nexus.

Nexus is built in widths from 4m to 7m and depths of 2.5m to 4m. The four sizes outlined above are popular starting points; your design consultation will confirm the exact fit, and the room-to-storage ratio.
The store is a separate, partitioned space with its own external door, insulated to the same standard as the room. Walls and floor are lined in hard-wearing OSB ply, so they’re ready for racks, shelving and bike storage. A ceiling tube light and a power socket are included, and the door is security rated to the PAS24 standard.
The design stage is led by you. Take all the time you want and call us for advice if you need to. Manufacture takes four to six weeks and installation is typically completed within a week.
Both are finished garden rooms, built to the same standard. Nexus adds a separate, secure storage area with its own door so you gain a room without losing shed space. Choose Nexus when you need somewhere for bikes, tools and garden kit, as well as a room to use.
Yes. Nexus comes with the room and store fully separate, each with its own external door. If you would like internal access between the two, a connecting door can be added as an upgrade.

For most garden rooms with install, we split it into three stages: 40% deposit before manufacture, 50% on or before the first day of installation, and the final 10% within seven days of completion. Supply-only (DIY install) is paid in full before delivery. Pay by bank transfer or card, and finance is available through Novuna, including 0% Buy Now Pay Later.
